      It is essential to wash the hands before touching the genital area to avoid infections. Wet and rinse the intimate area. Choose fragrance-free, chemical-free intimate wash, and pour some of the intimate wash into the hand. It can be done during the shower or after regular toilet usage.
    2. Apply a small amount of unscented intimate wash
      Apply it to the external part of the intimate area and gently rub to form a good lather. Always clean from front to back. Cleaning from the back may bring the germs from the anus towards the vagina. Avoid aggressively rubbing the area as it may irritate the skin.
